– 2 prenatal visits (one may be scheduled as a massage at my office)
– 24/7 on-call availability – from 37 weeks until you give birth
– Labor and birth support – including 1-2 hours immediate postpartum support
– Phone/email support – before and after birth
– 1 postpartum visit – this visit is generally within the 2 weeks after birth; during this visit, I can provide lay breastfeeding support, baby care tips, referrals to community resources, and a chance to discuss your birth experience
– 1 one-hour prenatal or postpartum massage at my office
– Placenta Encapsulation and Tincture (a $250 value)
